Hi Cat, I’m just stopping by and left a message since you said you’d love to know we’d been here. We are seriously considering a carpet rip on our upper floors, 2 staircases and den (for allergy reasons for our 2 little ones). Either will replace with hardwood or marmoleum! If marmoleum, we are potentially looking for a designer to help us pick some colors and/or make design suggestions for the marmoleum. So I am just starting to have a look around at design websites and interior design services! Anyways, the Charleswood build looks exciting!
